What You'Ll Do

io as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers realize measurable operational value from our platform What You Bring 4–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Implementation, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role Experience deploying SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based software solutions in customer environments Strong understanding of API integrations, data workflows, and technical troubleshooting Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and operational users Experience supporting government, defense, or mission-critical technology programs is strongly preferred Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or comparable operational platforms is a plus Comfortable working independently in dynamic, fast-paced customer environments with extensive travel (50%+) Eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance (active clearance is strongly preferred) Military experience is not required, but confidence working with defense organizations and operational teams is essential If you have reached this point and you are super excited but not sure you check all the boxes - we still want to speak with you!
