UK as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager and help shape clear, trusted relationships across the industry that runs the UK’s retail payment systems. UK’s retail payments environment. Map stakeholder groups, identify their needs, and keep engagement activity aligned with business objectives. Prepare clear briefings, updates, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Organise and run stakeholder meetings, workshops, and review sessions with clear actions and follow-up. Gather feedback from stakeholders, identify themes, and turn insight into practical recommendations. Work with colleagues across teams to coordinate consistent messaging and timely communication.
Track engagement activity, monitor risks or concerns, and report progress to relevant teams and leaders. Support the delivery of engagement activity for programmes, changes, or initiatives that affect the payments ecosystem.
Qualifications
, Skills and Experience Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a regulated, infrastructure, financial services, or similarly complex environment. Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans and preparing briefings and updates for different audiences. Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and accurately.
Experience working across teams to coordinate stakeholder engagement activity and ensure consistent messaging. Experience identifying stakeholder risks, tracking actions, and maintaining accurate records of engagement activity.
