In this role, you will manage the end-to-end material acquisition lifecycle—including supplier vetting, sourcing, cost negotiation, purchasing, and final receipt verification. We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly driven professional to help us fulfill our vital mission of keeping medical equipment healthy for patient care.
Requirements
and maintain inventory levels to support production needs Sets minimum/maximum reorder points and coordinates with vendors and purchasing departments to ensure timely replenishment Perform all purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of parts, supplies, and equipment Negotiate competitive pricing, favorable terms, and risk reduction Perform all receiving activities including physical intake of goods, verification against purchase orders, system receiving entry, discrepancy communication, and items put away Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts Timely reconciliation of any discrepancies in purchase orders and inventory counts Assist with technician replacement parts and supply fulfillment requests while ensuring inventory accuracy Monitor, analyze, and drive KPIs for vendor performance, material flow, and inventory accuracy Assist with various departmental activities and functions as needed Support cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement efforts Ensure compliance with BMES policies, procedures, and Quality Management System What will you bring?
