package and providing a wonderful working environment. About the Position St. Anne's-Belfield School seeks to hire a full-time Assistant to the Director of the Early Childhood Program.
Our Early Childhood Program offers a robust academic foundation paired with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning. This role assists the director in all aspects of work related to the Early Childhood Program, including performing administrative duties and working daily with children. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and capable of developing positive relationships with students and parents.
They demonstrate a clear understanding of professional behavior, possess a growth mindset, and adopt a collaborative approach to work. Under general supervision, this position reports to the Director of the Early Childhood Program, who reports to the Head of the Lower School. This is a 12-month full-time, hourly position with an immediate start date.
Essential Duties Serves as a representative of the director when the director is not present. ; Manages attendance and daily record keeping for students; Assists the director in purchasing and monitoring the expenses for budget needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
