Licensed Support ABA, (LBAPS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. What You'Ll Do

: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide clinical oversight and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals Review and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across environments Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals involved in client care Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates in accordance with company and funding source

Requirements

What We'Re Looking For

: Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Ability to analyze data and make informed clinical decisions Professional, ethical, and family-centered approach to service delivery Ability to manage multiple
