Scopely — Barcelona, Cataluña
Scopely is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 3 days a week from the hub. At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily.
We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/MMO featuring a well-known IP. You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases.
What You Will Do
As a Partner Success Manager, you will support the full lifecycle of Scopely's relationship with our IP licensing partner for one game project, from onboarding through ongoing delivery. You will operate as the connective tissue between an external brand partner and our internal creative teams, ensuring both sides stay aligned, unblocked, and moving. IP Partner Relationship Management Support the end-to-end relationship with the IP licensor, from regular calls through long-term partnership health.
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for the IP partner, building trust and maintaining consistent, proactive communication. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with the partner to surface blockers early, align on priorities, and maintain momentum. Co-own conflict resolution with senior stakeholders when partner expectations and the game's creative direction diverge.
Ensure the partner is kept informed, engaged, and confident in Scopely's delivery at all times. Submission Pipeline Delivery Manage the end-to-end submission pipeline for all IP-driven content: creative and art assets, narrative and IP lore, game design inputs, and approval/feedback rounds. Adapt to and operate within the partner's own submission processes and tooling, while owning internal tracking and workflow infrastructure.
Drive content from initial submission through review, approval, and integration into the game. Monitor submission status, flag risks early, and coordinate mitigation across internal teams. Ensure all partner deliverables meet Scopely's quality bar before entering the production pipeline.
Internal Partner Coordination Embed closely with Leadership, Content, Narrative, and Art teams to keep internal partners informed, aligned, and unblocked. Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure feedback, reviews, and approvals are delivered to the IP partner on time.
Requirements

Contribute to studio-wide improvements in how we manage IP partner relationships and content pipelines.
