Muon Space — San Josef, British Columbia
About The Role
Muon seeks a Software Engineer to join our Mission Frontend team. In this role you will build and ship features across our Mission Command platform, the consolidated frontend for mission operations, customer-facing tools, and internal workflows. You'll work in a modern TypeScript monorepo and contribute to establishing this platform as the canonical interface for managing constellations, scheduling contacts, and monitoring tasking at scale.
Day to day, you'll own features end-to-end; from design through deployment and post-launch operational health, collaborating closely with the team on technical design, and shared foundations. You'll also be part of a team that treats AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, and similar) as a core part of the workflow, applying the same rigor to AI-generated output as to human-authored code. This is a high-impact role delivering reliable, high-performance, and accessible experiences that satellite operators and customers depend on every day.
This position is hybrid and requires working on-site in our San Jose, CA office three days per week.

Participate actively in code reviews and technical design discussions, contributing informed perspectives and helping raise the quality bar across the team.
