Analyst, you'll own
analytics and the systems behind our broad-based base pay and variable comp programs. You'll build the models that drive pay decisions, run the tooling and workflows the People and Recruiting teams depend on, and use automation and AI to improve operations and enhance user experience. You'll operate across analysis, systems, and program execution — and have real ownership from day one.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
