About The Role
Our Payroll Analyst will be part of the NAMER payroll team responsible for preparing and processing US payroll for assigned entities within Monks. This is a role for someone curious to learn more and willing to innovate. The Payroll Analyst will take pride in everything they do and embody these values to create an inclusive first-class unique employee experience that is true to Monks.
The Payroll Analyst will partner with the Payroll Manager in processing payroll for over 700 full-time and part-time employees, in addition to our contingent/freelance teams.

Responsibilities
: Process and prepare bi-weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payrolls Ensure payroll transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner Assist with reconciliation of payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports Work closely with the HR People team as well as our international finance and payroll teams.
