In this role, you will bring structure to complex workstreams, build clear execution plans, coordinate stakeholders, and help teams deliver on commitments with greater predictability and accountability. You will be successful in this role if you are equally comfortable building project structure, driving follow-through, managing risks, and communicating clearly with both functional teams and leadership.

What You'Ll Do

Work closely with finance on AOP deadlines, expense reconciliation, and forecasting. Manage new and renewals of license and subscriptions, onboard suppliers in the ERP system, and manage statements of work (SOWs) and contractor budgets to support business execution. Coordinate cross-functional execution across teams such as operations, hardware, software, product, finance, and other business partners as needed Manage deliverables for product end of life and end of support planning, process improvements, and operational execution for high-priority initiatives.
