Partnering with leaders across the firm, the team ensures alignment, operational readiness, and thoughtful risk management for new business activities and enterprise programs at every stage. What You'Ll Do

You will support high-impact initiatives that shape how Point72 grows, innovates, and operates across the firm. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional project teams while developing program management and strategic execution skills.

Responsibilities

, improve processes, and support effective technology adoption Build strong working relationships with cross-functional team members to promote alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution Contribute to change management efforts by developing materials, gathering feedback, and helping embed new ways of working across the firm What's required 2+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic execution within a management consulting firm or financial institution. Experience working with senior team members and contributing to strategic initiatives, analysis, and insight development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and translate findings into actionable recommendations Ability to create clear presentations, reports, dashboards, and project documentation for senior leaders Demonstrated ability to organize complex work, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work products on time Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work across functions and proactively identify roadblocks Ability to operate independently, take ownership of assigned work, and support timely program execution Eagerness to learn from senior leaders, take on new challenges, and develop strategic implementation expertise Commitment to the highest ethical standards We take care of our people We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
