Diesel Equipment Mechanic

As a Mechanic , you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of heavy equipment, pumps, generators, fusion equipment, trailers, and fleet vehicles. You'll work both in our shop locations and in the field, supporting critical operations by responding to equipment issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring our fleet remains reliable and ready for deployment. This role will be based out of our Triadelphia, WV Yard.

Requirements

Perform additional maintenance and operational duties as assigned High School Diploma or GED required 1–3+ years of diesel engine diagnosis, repair, and maintenance experience Previous experience performing field service or on-site equipment repairs Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of diesel engines, centrifugal pumps, trailers, mechanical systems, and heavy equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate company service vehicles Willingness to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications
