Overview DAC Beachcroft is an international law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal and advisory services. Our People team plays a crucial role in supporting the firm’s performance, ensuring colleagues have a consistent, well-managed, and positive experience across all people processes. We are looking for a People Assistant to join our established People Support team.
This is a key entry-level role within a collaborative shared service environment, providing high-quality administrative and customer-focused support across the firm. As the first point of contact for many People queries, you will play an important role in shaping the colleague experience. Responsibilities
Work with an understanding of DAC Beachcroft’s international structure, operating as one firm Act in the best interests of the firm at all times, maintaining professionalism internally and externally Operate effectively in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on confidentiality, risk and data security Build effective working relationships and contribute positively to team and firm objectives Core
Requirements
Previous experience in a People, Recruitment or Learning & Development administration role (preferred but not essential) Experience working in a team-based, service delivery environment Strong customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and quality Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Technical & Professional Skills Good IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Experience using HR, recruitment or learning systems is advantageous Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible and proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership Development &
Qualifications
