. To plan and deliver an engaging learning programme that inspires and motivates learners on L1, L2 and L3 programmes to improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours in the Electrical field to meet the needs of the awarding body, and

of the industry to ensure job readiness. Producing plans of learning (schemes of work), lesson plans, assessment plans, learning materials and any other related activities that impact on the effectiveness of learning. Conduct regular assessment of learning through, observations, practical assessments, exam/assignment marking and professional discussions.

Regular gathering of employer/work-placement feedback to ensure satisfaction levels are high and learner engagement is maintained. Ongoing curriculum review to ensure it is innovative and engaging providing impact Ensure English, Maths and ICT is embedded into the curriculum Use of the college ProSuite systems to evidence and log all learning interventions, demonstrating the ongoing progress of each learner throughout their programme duration. To co-ordinate and maintain records of formative and summative assessments of students’ learning carried out by the course team.
