If you’re passionate about developing the best software and collaborating with other engineers to do so, then we want to hear from you! You will design, build and deliver AI-first product solutions, scale highly distributed systems, and continuously improve our AI-first engineering practices to further accelerate our market disruption, while making sure the quality is kept at superb level. You will get to work on the latest software practices and technologies, including microservices architecture, cloud design patterns, automated CI/CD pipeline, automated and orchestrated Kubernetes Delivery, and AWS platform.

Above all, your work will impact people’s interactions with the healthcare system. Design improve AI-first product engineering pipelines that will scale your mindset across all domains. Collaborate with engineering and product team members to improve quality, velocity and design problems through first principles.

Design deliver scalable software architecture readable by your AI agents with controllable hallucinations. Design and implement new products into the HealthJoy platform Your experience. 5+ years of experience building and shipping scalable applications (Python, ideally) A superb understanding of software design principles and industry practices (for example: loose coupling, programming to interfaces).

Taking into consideration test-driven approaches and observability using AI-first pipelines. AI-first mental model across the board: problem design first, data protocol first, architecture first, self-scalability mindset, context engineering, including the application of AI to identify and reduce hallucinations in AI Human product solution development lifecycle. Track record of developing on backend libraries such as Asyncio, Aiohttp, Flask, SQLAlchemy, or equivalent Experience with relational databases (we use Postgres) Previous experience with data processing and manipulation workflows and implementation is a plus Experience working in an event-driven architecture and the utilization of microservices where applicable.

At ease in the AWS ecosystem, working with a cluster architecture (we utilize Kubernetes) Experience participating in the architecture and design of new and existing products An ability and eagerness to constantly learn and share knowledge with others Insatiable curiosity to learn new software principles, technologies, and tools Passionate about collaborating with product engineers and business architects; distributed team experience will be a plus. If you want to be in a cave with a very strict tech stack to own and a static amount of people to talk with, - we are not a good fit.
