In this role, you will refine and implement a forward-thinking collision repair strategy that strengthens our brand and supports continued growth. By enhancing our high-performing network of body shops and fostering strong partnerships with insurers and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence combined with innovative technology.

Requirements

Manage the rollout of diagnostic laptops and specialized tooling to approved shops. Oversee estimating platforms (DAT/Audatex), network management systems, and act as subject matter expert for tooling program support and training. Lead the network audit program.

Experience 5–7 years of diverse automotive experience, including significant expertise in collision repair or vehicle painting. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, teams, vendors, and business partners. , BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute the European Collision Strategy Design and implement an innovative collision repair strategy aligned with Lucid’s brand standards across Europe. Establish, grow, and manage a third-party body shop network to support expansion. Build and lead the European collision repair program team as volume scales.
