LotusWorks is seeking a highly capable Technical Program Engineer to support multiple active Operations Maintenance (O M) and Commissioning programs across our mission-critical client sites. This role provides cross-functional technical leadership, supports standardization and continuous improvement, and ensures alignment between engineering, commissioning, operations, and business development functions.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, excellent coordination skills, and experience working in complex, fast-paced industrial or semiconductor environments.

Requirements

Assist in developing and reviewing project scopes, schedules, estimates, and resource plans in alignment with contractual and client expectations. Lead or participate in technical reviews, lessons learned sessions, and risk assessments to drive reliability, performance, and best-practice adoption. Support the development, accuracy, and maintenance of program dashboards and KPI tracking tools measuring uptime, performance, resource deployment, and project health.

Contribute to business development and RFP efforts by drafting technical approaches, reviewing proposal content, and supporting pricing inputs.

Support the Technical Operations Manager with workload forecasting, planning, and technical resource allocation across programs. Ensure technical governance and compliance, maintaining documentation for audits, client reviews, handover packages, and turnover deliverables. Provide client-facing technical support by attending meetings, presenting program-level updates, and representing engineering and operational perspectives.

Nice To Have

Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and visualization tools. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.

Comfortable managing technical documentation and supporting version control processes. Reliable and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to task management and follow-through. Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, or process systems used in mission-critical facilities.

Demonstrated experience supporting O M or commissioning programs, reliability initiatives, or technical operations teams. ).
