IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to help us hire top talent. As a Senior Technical Recruiter at IXL, you will source and work closely with individual candidates across several technical teams. You won’t just be filling seats; you will be a trusted partner to our hiring managers, a collaborative teammate, and a welcoming guide for candidates.

We are looking for someone who loves the craft of sourcing, values real relationships, and knows how to navigate the nuances of a closing conversation. This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree 7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience or a mix of technical/business recruiting Solid experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability for matching a candidate’s unique strengths and career goals with the right opportunity Self-motivated and comfortable pivoting when priorities shift; energized by a fast-paced, high growth environment Relationship builder who communicates with clarity and authenticity and builds trust and strong alignment A sense of ownership and accountability Innovative, highly organized, detail oriented, able to work quickly and accurately, and able to change tasks and focus easily Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS Genuine interest in how education and technology intersect to improve learning Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
