We're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team! What does a Quality Assurance Analyst do at WPP Production? Quality Assurance is responsible for defining the quality strategy and ensuring the end-to-end excellence of our web applications.
The role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, coordinating automation and unit testing with the development team, overseeing release quality gates, and managing the full defect lifecycle in Jira. You will also lead performance and compatibility testing, report key quality metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, training, and best practices — all to ensure a reliable, high-quality product experience for our users. Define the QA strategy and ensure end-to-end quality of a web application.

in Jira. Implement and/or coordinate automated and unit tests together with the development team. Execute load and performance tests, define objectives, and report key metrics.
Conduct compatibility and email rendering tests across multiple clients and devices; validate HTML/CSS and use tools such as Litmus. Manage the defect lifecycle in Jira: triage, severity/impact classification, follow-up, and verification of fixes; maintain dashboards and KPIs. Define and oversee release quality gates; collaborate with PM and Dev on acceptance criteria, test data, environments, and deployment preparation.
Prepare periodic quality reports with metrics and continuous improvement recommendations. Contribute to the documentation of tests, test plans, runbooks, and the training of QA/Dev in best practices.
: 2+ years in web application QA, including functional, integration, and E2E testing. Experience in load and performance testing. Experience in testing and cross-browser testing.
Strong skills in creating use cases and test cases; defect management and reporting in Jira. Knowledge of automation, collaboration in unit testing. Critical thinking to assess severity, impact, and risk; excellent prioritization skills.
Analytical and communication skills; ability to clearly report quality KPIs. Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr). js/TypeScript/AdonisJS; API REST testing.
Experience with DAM, HTML parsers, importers, and Figma plugins. Experience with email testing tools (Litmus). This job opening adheres to Law No.
