What You'Ll Do

Day-to-Day Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session Respond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm, including running or sprinting when necessary to reach a child quickly Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP) Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families Show up fully present — this work is active, immersive, and demanding, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it What It Takes to Thrive Here We're looking for people with a passion for working with kids and a belief that progress, however small, is worth showing up for every day.
