Responsibilities

: Review of transactions for compliance with ASC-606 revenue standards Reconcile transactions issued by the supply chain team for multiple territories Perform revenue data analysis in revenue and accounts receivable and associated reserves Prepare and review gross-to-net accruals and related reserve analyses Support revenue recognition for product sales and collaboration arrangements Analyze chargebacks, rebates, returns, government pricing-related reserves, and other deductions from revenue Reconcile distributor, wholesaler, or third-party logistics activity to revenue and AR records Identify opportunities for automation to improve the speed and efficiency of the monthly revenue close Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, and various business owners on a variety of projects Perform and maintain assigned internal controls on a monthly basis Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis at month-end close Participate in revenue accounting projects, including system enhancements process improvements, automation initiatives, and implementation of new business models or contract arrangements Support external audit

This individual will play a key role in the monthly close process, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue analyses, and supporting schedules for financial statement reporting. The Senior Accountant will contribute to the development and implementation of procedures and internal controls to support an efficient, compliant, and scalable financial reporting environment.
Work Model: Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
