Senior Software Engineer Dealpath is the AI-powered operating system for institutional real estate investing — purpose-built to help the world's leading firms capture more opportunities, make faster decisions, and execute with precision. As a Senior Software Engineer here, you'll ship features that go directly into the workflows of firms managing trillions in real assets, using AI coding tools as a core part of how you build every day. We're looking for engineers who take ownership end-to-end, think about the problems they're solving for customers, and want to help shape the way the built world transacts.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools — Cursor, Claude Code, or similar — in real production work BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience 4+ years building web application back-ends — Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar 4+ years building web application front-ends — React, Angular, Vue, or similar Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and deliver without heavy oversight
