This is a full-time, in office position in our Santa Rosa, CA office with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

They will submit new business quotes to the agents and assist with binding of the policy.

Compensation

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with carrier underwriters, and internal and external customers. Reviews inspections for recommendations, discrepancies, compliance with underwriting guidelines. Understands premium commitments to specific carriers to balance the book and meet obligations.

Answers questions from the retail brokers and/or carrier Effectively use the company’s agency managements system as well as other tools to perform their duties. Binds business within established guidelines. Review and approve policies and endorsements within authority.

Performs special projects as assigned.
