A quick snapshot As an Associate Software Engineer on Conga’s AI Platform team, you’ll help build next ‑ generation AI and GenAI products used by enterprises worldwide. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle - designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining software - while learning modern AI development practices and contributing to the technical foundation of our flagship solutions.

You’re developing strong technical foundations. You write clean, maintainable code and are eager to deepen your expertise in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern software design patterns. You understand the basics of cloud technologies and DevOps principles and are comfortable using Git/GitHub and tools like JIRA.

You’re curious about AI and GenAI. You’re excited to participate in the AI development lifecycle - from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. You enjoy experimenting with new generative AI techniques and want to grow your skills in MLOps and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

You’re a builder who tests and improves. You believe in building testable software and understand the value of automated testing using tools like PyTest or Selenium. You’re comfortable debugging issues, triaging defects, and contributing to service health through telemetry and root ‑ cause analysis.
