Job overview : As we prepare for our first commercial launch, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Advertising, Promotion Market Access (Senior Director level) to serve as the legal partner to Commercial and Market Access teams, providing strategic and day-to-day legal support for advertising, promotional, and access-related activities.

This role balances hands-on execution with strategic guidance, enabling compliant and effective brand initiatives. The position will be an essential part of the cross-functional team preparing to launch the first classic psychedelic and will partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access colleagues to deliver practical and risk-based legal advice in a fast-paced launch environment. This is a hands-on role for an experienced in house attorney who enjoys ownership, cross functional partnership, and operating in a fast moving, scaling organization.

Location: Remote on the East Coast, USA or Hybrid in our New Jersey office. Reports to : VP, Associate General Counsel.

Responsibilities ( Include But Are Not Limited To )

: Advertising Promotion (Ad Promo) Serve as lead legal counsel for product launch on all promotional matters Provide timely, practical review and approval of promotional materials through MLR, including HCP and patient-facing content (digital, print, field materials) Advise on core promotional issues , including claims substantiation, fair balance, comparative messaging, and disease awareness communications Counsel business partners on compliance with FDA OPDP
