Communicate what resources are in their Collective Health account available to them all year long We are looking for a part-time Open Enrollment Specialist Contractor to administer and organize this year’s projects that help us onboard our members to Collective Health. You will be working up to 25 hours per week. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and cross-team coordination, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and data feeds, and handling logistics queries.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with vendors, multiple internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver results on strict deadlines. As a contractor on the marketing team you’ll interact cross-functionally and with vendors and have a highly visible impact on one of Collective Health’s most cherished events of the year; and play a critical role in scaling this experience and its processes for years to come.
