WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build high-impact, real-time treasury and financing systems used across global trading time zones, delivering tools that materially change how desks operate Design and implement scalable C#/.NET services and APIs that process trades, financing, and liquidity data with low latency and high reliability Partner with traders, funding managers, and operations to gather, refine, and translate business

Requirements

NET ecosystem in a financial domain Working knowledge of React or another modern front-end framework with production development experience Significant experience working with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and query tuning Demonstrated experience writing automated tests and unit tests and applying Test-Driven Development practices Knowledge of software design and architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, observability and monitoring practices, and containerization with Docker Experience implementing DevOps practices and using source control and continuous integration tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins Proven experience providing production application support, diagnosing incidents, and implementing remediation and stability improvements Experience working as part of a distributed development team across multiple time zones (USA, Poland, India) Strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills Commitment to the highest ethical standards WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
