Role Summary: The Director of Regulatory Compliance is a key strategic member of Pinterest’s Legal Compliance team leading and strengthening our enterprise regulatory compliance program. This role leads a high-functioning team of compliance specialists responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs related to major platform regulations, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the UK Online Safety Act (OSA), and other emerging global online platform regulatory frameworks. The Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for assessing our compliance risk, driving our audits and risk assessments, documenting and maintaining our control library, and partnering across the business to promote a culture of accountability and integrity.

This leader will own Pinterest’s compliance readiness and execution for regulatory audit, risk assessment, transparency, governance, and assurance obligations. The role requires deep expertise in technology/platform regulation, operational compliance, cross-functional program leadership, and risk governance. This role reports to Sr.

What You’Ll Do

: Lead Pinterest’s regulatory compliance program, strengthening and evolving a durable governance framework, policies, controls, monitoring, reporting, and trainings; Using an innovative technology mindset, you will design, develop and operationalize a regulatory compliance program that is AI-forward to accelerate maturity, efficiency and scale.
