This role will define and scale CLEAR’s talent management and development strategy to build a high-performing, future-ready organization. You will partner closely with senior leaders to design programs that accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable business impact.

What You'Ll Do

The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$180,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position.

Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.

Compensation
