Our team is primarily based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but we encourage candidates from within Canada to apply. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $61,500 - $82,500 CAD/year —depending upon relevant skills and experience—as part of a complete, competitive package.
Responsibilities
Advertising Associates are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing digital advertising strategies for our clients. Daily activities include managing, optimizing, and executing advertising campaigns, delivering insights and strategic guidance to clients based on performance data, and collaborating with analysts on performance reporting.

About The Role
As an Associate, Advertising, you will spend time in-platform each day, leveraging data to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients, as well as: Playing an important role in the growth of our clients’ businesses, using advertising to drive demand, leads, and revenue Developing custom advertising campaigns, including strategy, copywriting, execution monitoring for enterprise clients across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more Allocating and monitoring budget distribution of digital advertising campaigns Consulting with clients on a range of opportunities, tools, and platforms in the digital marketing space, including overall marketing strategy, digital advertising, reporting, demand, revenue generation Serving as the go-to contact for clients, including
