About The Role
The role has broad, hands-on exposure and is positioned to bring high, meaningful impact to the People function and the firm. The role holder is expected to collaborate extensively with other Group People functions, Finance, Operational Leads and wide range of regional and local stakeholders. With a global remit that focuses on non-Partner colleagues globally, this role is based in London and reports to the Group Head of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
will include the following: Reward Strategy Governance In partnership with regional teams, advise and influence on developing and embedding global reward principles in line with firm strategy. Lead and manage benchmarking and pay positioning exercises across regions. Partner with Finance and regional People and leadership teams to help coordinate salary and bonus governance and processes globally Partner closely with group and regional people teams to ensure strong alignment between performance management and reward outcomes.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel.
