This is a contracted opportunity for a period of four months. Given the global nature of this role, individuals must be based on the East Coast or open to working East Coast hours. This role is open to fully remote work, as well as hybrid work if the candidate is located near a MongoDB hub office and wants to come in.

In this role, you will Support critical GTM, and Sales roles for MongoDB across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing.

and maintaining exceptional documentation and data integrity as candidates are progressed within the hiring process Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high-touch and personalized process for all candidates The right person for this role will Possess a proven track-record within technical recruiting, maintaining deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing specifically Maintain creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to tap into new pools of talent, while uncovering new tactics through research and knowledge-sharing with peers Have an analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders Exhibit exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with previous experience in high-volume business environments.
