$ 135,000 - $ 2 2 3,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA 401(k) with match Annual CEU budget of $1,500 annually Admin, billing and marketing support PTO + 10 paid holidays Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short long-term disability Life insurance Office space in our X location What You Bring Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Colorado Active DEA license in Colorado Active NPI number Experience in direct clinical care 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
