Senior Analyst, Ceded Reinsurance

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join the Ceded Reinsurance team and support SageSure's continued growth and evolution as one of the industry's most sophisticated reinsurance buyers. This high-visibility role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with SageSure's Ceded Reinsurance leadership, carrier partners, brokers, reinsurers, investors, and executive leadership team on strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term growth, capital management, and risk transfer objectives.

The role offers exposure to all aspects of the reinsurance lifecycle, including traditional catastrophe reinsurance, quota share programs, catastrophe bonds, sidecars, affiliated reinsurance vehicles, and other innovative capital solutions. The Senior Analyst will help coordinate placement activities across multiple brokers and counterparties, support reinsurance structuring and execution, manage critical transaction and regulatory workstreams, and contribute to strategic projects that influence SageSure's growth and capital strategy. In 2026, SageSure supported its carrier partners in securing more than $6 billion of reinsurance limit across traditional and alternative capital markets, making the company one of the largest and most active participants in the global property catastrophe reinsurance market.
