About The Role

: We’re looking for a Software Engineer to support Trustwell Living, Monticello’s affiliated senior living management company, by consolidating data from across all our systems into a single source of truth and building the tools our teams rely on every day. Trustwell Living is one of the fastest-growing senior housing operators, currently managing 41 communities across the United States, and runs assisted living and memory care communities end to end, overseeing everything from clinical and resident care to staffing, budgets, and the operating systems that keep each community performing. You'll own the pipelines and warehouse that centralize their operational data, then build the reporting, dashboards, and internal applications that drive day-to-day operational decisions.
