We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us. A Day in the Life: In the position of Operations Coordinator, you will ensure day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly, work to improve processes in operations, act as a liaison between department.

Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files. Work with management to plan and execute strategies and logistics in alignment with company vision and goals. Manage travel calendars, hotel bookings, and other travel related tasks. Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Maintain the department shared folders, forms, and document library.

Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices Work with management to plan and execute strategies and logistics in alignment with company vision and goals. Liaise with various departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks, implement solutions.

Who You Are

: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
