What You'Ll Do

Set up and operate Bindery Cutter equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.

Requirements

to ensure accurate machine setup and output. Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and make adjustments as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.

Troubleshoot machine issues and communicate maintenance needs to leadership. Complete production logs, tracking documents, and other required records. Prepare finished products for the next stage of production.

Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards. Support production goals through teamwork, attention to detail, and efficient machine operation.

What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED required. One year of manufacturing or production experience preferred. Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Ability to read and follow production specifications and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment using hand tools. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
