We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Scrum Master . In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also be responsible for guiding and implementing Scrum practices to enable the team's productivity and deliver high-quality products on time.

What You’Ll Do
: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and other requirement gathering techniques to elicit necessary information.

Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
What you’ll need to succeed: At least four years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development/engineering projects. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum. Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
