Education Program Design and Development (50%) Assists in the development and implementation of educational programs for learners of all ages, with a focus on professional development programs for undergraduate faculty. Collaborates with the Head of Reference Services, unit leadership, and other departments to ensure programs align with organizational goals and priorities. Applies knowledge of archival, library, and museum environments when supporting the integration of digital and in-person learning experiences.

Participates in planning discussions to identify relevant program topics and potential partnerships. Contributes to outreach and marketing efforts, including assisting with participant recruitment and audience engagement activities. Supports the development of program goals, success metrics, and evaluation methods, and helps track and report on program outcomes.

Collaborates with staff across units and external partners, including K–16 educators and nonprofit organizations, to support the implementation and evaluation of educational programming.
