You will support the successful delivery of application and process enhancements throughout the full software development lifecycle, ensuring business objectives are translated into effective and scalable solutions.

Actively participate and contribute to the Analyst community of practice, sharing experiences and knowledge with other analysts Maintain and increase knowledge of design processes, tools, analysis best practice and architecture of CDL applications. Operates with a continuous improvement mindset towards the products they look after.

storyboards and write user stories with the squad. Work with the squad to refine backlog and prepare tickets for sprint planning using INVEST criteria. Carry incident management and investigation based on set priorities.

Work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop solutions. Write scoping briefs and solution design documents. Contribute to a BA community of practice to improve skills and working practices.

Facilitate workshops in person and online. Manage technical, product and business stakeholder groups.
