Our audits align with major legislation and recognised standards, making compliance simple. As a CHAS Verification Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping maintain the quality and integrity of our contractor verification process. Working as part of the Service Delivery team, you will review and assess information against established standards, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality outcomes for our customers.
Through your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service, you will contribute to our mission of helping bring workers home safely from high-hazard jobs. Review, assess, and accurately process contractor information against a range of internal and externally regulated standards. Complete verification and assessment activities in line with quality, productivity, and service level targets.
Requirements
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and supporting a positive customer experience throughout the verification journey. Utilise various systems and software platforms to manage data, maintain records, and support wider Service Delivery team activities. You'll be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail is essential, as you'll be responsible for reviewing information against specific standards and ensuring data is entered correctly. You will be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your workload, and remaining focused while meeting quality and productivity targets. Strong communication skills are important, as you'll regularly interact with contractors and colleagues, providing support, guidance, and excellent customer service.
You'll have confidence using technology and be comfortable working across a range of systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. You'll enjoy working within a team environment and be willing to support colleagues and other departments to achieve shared business objectives. We have a hybrid workplace policy, where you will work from the office 3 days per week.
