The Supply Chain Manager will lead and control the end-to-end flow of shipments for one of adm Indicia's clients, ensuring seamless execution from origin to final destination, including inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional with strong ownership and decision-making capabilities. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1 day per week expected from our Barcelona office.
Requirements
and customs processes Resolve shipment issues including delays, damages, documentation, and customs holds Take ownership of OTIF delivery performance, service levels, timelines, and budgets Monitor freight, warehousing, and logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Support logistics pricing, cost management, and rate negotiations Partner with Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Order Management teams Provide shipment updates, reporting, and operational insights to stakeholders and clients Maintain accurate logistics data, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards Identify process improvements and support SOP development and implementation Build and manage relationships with logistics providers, brokers, and warehouse partners Oversee third-party service performance and drive continuous improvement Lead, develop, and support the logistics team, including onboarding, training, performance management, and goal setting Collaborate with internal departments and client-facing teams to ensure effective service delivery Bachelor's degree 7+ years' experience in international logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations Strong experience in global transport, customs, and warehousing operations Strong knowledge of logistics pricing, freight cost calculations, and cost structures Deep understanding of Incoterms, freight modes, and shipment planning Experience managing third-party logistics providers and customs brokers Strong operational focus with end-to-end shipment ownership Ability to work effectively across different cultures Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple shipments and projects simultaneously Proven leadership skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proactive and solution-oriented approach Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills Fluent English, both written and verbal adm-Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
