to help achieve Fever’s mission. About Operations: Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the operation team, we help supervise operations across Fever teams and identify and prioritize needs.
Our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and adaptable individual to join our company as an Operations Support Specialist. You will play a crucial role within the global operations team, ensuring smooth workflows by managing vendor communications, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Procurement and Finance, gaining a comprehensive view of our global operations while providing essential administrative support that allows our strategic and analytical teams to focus on growth.

About The Role
: We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist who loves to keep pipelines clean, prioritize effectively, and always finds a way to get things done!
Responsibilities
will include: Global Operations Support: Act as the operational backbone of the team by managing essential daily workflows and ensuring our global pipeline runs seamlessly and efficiently.
Requirements
and collaborating closely with Procurement. Order PO Tracking: Follow up on purchase orders and merchandising requests, ensuring constant alignment between external vendors and internal teams to keep deliveries on track.
