RESPONSIBILITIES

: JUUL Labs is searching for a Sr. HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated HR Business Partner to our Commercial organization. You will help drive our next stage of growth by supporting a large, fast-paced commercial team and the senior leaders who run it.

This role requires significant experience partnering directly with senior leaders, including SVPs, VPs, and Directors, while also building strong relationships across all levels of the commercial organization. You will act as a trusted advisor on both day-to-day people matters and long-term talent strategy. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record supporting sales initiative programs and other sales-focused programs, understands the rhythms of a revenue-driven business, and is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves to cultivate an amazing and innovative JUUL Labs culture as the organization grows and scales.
