What You'Ll Do

at Jamf: The Security Engineer I administers security platforms and develops automation solutions to enhance security operations. This role manages tools including SIEM platforms, SOAR solutions, cloud security posture management, identity and access management, endpoint security, and data loss prevention systems while building automation workflows through low/no-code solutions or developing custom software This role if offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN and Eau Claire, WI metro areas. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.

What We Are Looking For

: Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security, IT operations, or related technical role with demonstrated experience in security tool administration or automation projects (Required) Working knowledge of in one or more of the following topics; cloud platforms, identity management solutions, endpoint security features, and security concepts including DLP, SIEM, vulnerability management, and SOAR platforms (Required) Basic proficiency in Python scripting (Required) Experience with one or more cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP (Required) Experience with development tooling such as Github and Terraform for CI/CD (Preferred) Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail, ability to write clean and maintainable code, and effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences (Preferred) 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered Preferred: Security certifications such as Security+, GSEC, cloud security or other relevant certifications SECURITY AND PRIVACY
