In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Team. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements
Assist with contingent worker tracking Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports as needed to support human resources or other business requested data Assist with maintaining and organizing HR documentation and personnel records Lead or participate in HR special projects as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree required; HR coursework preferred 2+ years of proven experience working as part of an HR or recruiting team Some knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to manage small projects and initiatives, with management support Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS/ATS systems (Workday and/or Greenhouse experience a plus) The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $27 to $33 per hour +
