Position Overview: We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at UniLux in Boxtel. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business customers, supporting them throughout their customer journey and ensuring an excellent service experience. You will provide advice, answer product-related questions, process orders, and build strong customer relationships.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while contributing to the continued success of our growing business. This is a fully onsite position, requiring attendance at our Boxtel office five days per week.
