How you will help As a Lead Analyst, Real World Data (RWD) Insights you will serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, leveraging deep expertise in healthcare data analytics to drive complex, high-impact real-world data (RWD) solutions. You will work at the intersection of healthcare data and client partnership, translating complex RWD into clear, actionable insights for life sciences and technology companies. Success in this role requires deep subject matter expertise in real world data, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest in building trusted client relationships.

In this role, you will serve as the client’s dedicated subject matter expert for RWD, acting as the primary point of contact for data inquiries, training, issue resolution, and ongoing analytical guidance. Additionally, you will mentor and collaborate with colleagues to enhance analytical methodologies, optimize data strategies, and contribute to the continued evolution of industry-leading RWD insights.
