B - Boldly Go E – Embrace Equity H - Humble Confidence I - Inclusive Stewardship V - Value Reputation E - Extraordinary Experience Position Summary: The Program Coordinator – Community Based Organization Workforce Development provides administrative, operational, and logistical support to the community-based and workforce development programs under the Market Development Initiatives (MDI) portfolio. This position supports the Program Manager and Senior Program Manager with day-to-day program operations, data tracking, recruitment logistics, and partner coordination. The Coordinator ensures that participant information, CBO deliverables, and workforce outcomes are accurately tracked, reported, and communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Program Coordination Support: Embrace and operate within the core values. Assist in the coordination of daily activities for CBO and Workforce Development programming, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Maintain organized records of participant applications, eligibility documentation, certifications, and placement tracking. Support recruitment and intake activities, including coordinating with CBO partners and community organizations to identify prospective participants. Assist with orientation logistics, classroom coordination, and communication of cohort schedules and expectations.
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, including graduations, community presentations, and employer showcases. Track program deliverables, deadlines, and data entries to ensure all milestones are met. Support wraparound service tracking (transportation, stipends, meals, childcare) to ensure accurate and timely participant support.
Community Partner Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with community-based organizations, training providers, and employer partners to support program delivery.
Requirements
Support participant outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media coordination. Represent the program at community events, job fairs, and recruitment sessions, providing information and materials to potential applicants. Track attendance and engagement at community events and workshops for inclusion in performance reporting.
Data Entry Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools. Conduct regular data audits to verify participant and partner information. Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports, summarizing enrollment, completion, and placement outcomes.
Coordinate with internal Finance and Data teams to reconcile CBO invoices, participant stipends, and partner deliverables. Support internal performance dashboards by updating and verifying data tied to KPIs and program goals. Continuous Improvement Administrative Excellence: Ensure accuracy and compliance of program data with internal and utility reporting standards.
