Requirements
A natural coach and developer of people, with a passion for building strong teams What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; Registered Nurse (RN) preferred Minimum of 3+ years of home health leadership experience , with multi-site or regional oversight strongly preferred Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving operational improvements Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly within your assigned region Our Culture At VitalCaring, our values guide everything we do: Trustworthy.
